Each plan's fees may differ depending on what fees your company chose to pay on employees' behalf.

A detailed explanation of fees, including withdrawal fees and investment fees, can be found in the Fee Disclosure and QDIA Notice.

Where do I find my fee schedule?

  1. After logging in, click My Documents in the top menu.

  2. Scroll down to Plan Documents, locate Fee Disclosure QDIA and click the blue PDF icon to download it.
